No. Summit One is a software provider. Customers remain responsible for their own merchant accounts and payment providers. Summit One does not hold, pool, transfer, settle, or take custody of customer sales proceeds.
The platform is intended for eligible U.S. restaurants, retailers, wholesalers, multi-location operators, and service-commerce businesses selling lawful, ordinary goods and services. Accounts remain subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and onboarding review.
A typical implementation includes discovery, workspace configuration, data mapping, administrator training, validation, and launch support. Timing depends on locations, order sources, integrations, and migration requirements.
Eligible plans support APIs, webhooks, structured file imports, and custom integration services. Compatibility is confirmed during discovery. Summit One does not claim affiliation with third-party products unless expressly documented.
As between Summit One and the customer, the customer retains ownership of customer-provided business data. Summit One processes that data to provide, support, secure, and improve the contracted services, subject to our agreements and Privacy Policy.
Month-to-month plans may be canceled in accordance with the applicable order form and Terms of Service. Annual commitments remain payable for the committed term unless otherwise stated in writing. Customers may request an export of supported data before account closure.
No. Summit One provides operational software and configurable tools, not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Each customer is responsible for evaluating its own products, business practices, licensing, consumer obligations, taxes, and recordkeeping requirements.
